Join us for worship at Oak Grove!
From warm, fresh-baked communion bread, a gigantic horn of plenty at Thanksgiving, candles held high to the tune of Silent Night, Holy Night at Christmas, to the sounds of the Praise Band with coffee brewing in the background, Oak Grove worship calls on all of our senses. Worship at Oak Grove is a vital and dynamic experience of music, praise, prayer, liturgy and preaching.
Traditional Sunday worship takes place every Sunday morning in the Sanctuary at 8:30 a.m., featuring the Sanctuary Singers, and at 11:00 a.m., featuring the Chancel Choir. The Oak Grove Orchestra performs monthly to further enhance the traditional worship experience. For those who enjoy a more contemporary worship experience, Oak Grove offers the "9:35 Alive" service held at 9:35 a.m. on Sunday mornings in Fellowship Hall featuring contemporary praise and worship music and media.
Nursery
A children's nursery is provided for children ages birth through three years of age at all three Sunday services. Children- Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st graders meet immediately after the Children's Moment in the 11 a.m. worship service for Children's Church.
Special Services
Throughout the year join us for special services in addition to Sunday mornings: Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday (Holy Week), Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve.
